For Developers & Sellers

List Your Land on Landstake

In Lagos the greatest barrier to selling land is buyer mistrust. Because every listing is independently verified before it goes live, buyers arrive already reassured — and verified land sells faster, at better prices.

Why List on Landstake

Verification is what separates you from the fraudsters buyers fear

Landstake removes the fear of fake titles, disputes and double-sales — so your clean title can speak for itself.

Credibility

Your listings carry the Landstake verification badge, which buyers trust.

Ready buyers

Reach a growing base of verified buyers, including the Lagos diaspora abroad.

Escrow-protected transactions mean buyers commit with confidence and you get paid cleanly.

Professional tools

A modern dashboard to list, track and manage your land.

Founded by ten

Landstake launched with ten hand-selected founding developers who helped shape the platform. That founding standard — verified land, protected money — is the benchmark every listing on Landstake meets today.

Who Can List, and What

Four land categories

Landstake welcomes two kinds of land supplier: property developers and individual sellers. When you begin, you tell us which you are and choose the category that fits your land.

Land Banking Plots

Premium, independently verified plots held for capital appreciation.

How It Works

From listing to sale, every step is protected

01

List

Submit your land — title documents, survey, location and pricing — through your dashboard.

02

Verify

Our independent panel checks title and survey and discloses any risk, including flood exposure, before the land goes live.

03

Publish

Your verified listing goes live with the Landstake trust badge, visible to ready buyers.

04

Sell

Buyers transact through the escrow-protected flow — money is held safely until agreed conditions are met.

05

Complete

On completion, funds are released to you and ownership transfers cleanly.

Verification — our promise

Before any land is published, our independent panel confirms the title is genuine and registrable, confirms the survey and beacons, checks for government acquisition or encumbrances, and discloses flood and environmental risk. Nothing goes live until it passes.

Seller FAQs

The questions developers and sellers ask

Can I list as an individual, not a company?
Yes. Landstake welcomes both property developers and individual sellers. When you register, you simply tell us which you are, and list the land that fits one of our categories.
What documents do I need to list?
Your title document, the survey plan, the land’s location details and your asking price. Clear site photographs are required — minimum 3, up to 5 — and a virtual tour is strongly recommended, because buyers can walk the land before they visit. Our team will guide you if anything is missing before verification begins.
How long does verification take?
It depends on the verification type and how quickly title and survey records can be confirmed. A Title & Survey Search is faster; a search with physical Site Verification takes a little longer because it includes an on-the-ground inspection. We keep you updated at each step.
When do I get paid?
Buyers pay through Landstake’s escrow-protected flow. Funds are held securely and released to you on completion of the agreed conditions — so the buyer is protected and your payment is clean and traceable.
What if my land does not pass verification?
Only verified land is published, because that is what makes Landstake trusted. If an issue is found, we will explain it. In many cases it can be resolved — and we will tell you what is needed before the land can go live.
Do I have to list exclusively with Landstake?
No. There is no exclusivity. You may continue to sell your land through other channels. We ask only that the land you list with us is genuine, clean-title and accurately described.
